(Being Italian doesn't hurt either
when it comes to all things "food").
His business travels brought him to
over 30 countries in fourteen years
giving him a keen knowledge of
global marketing with a customer
base in food, jewelry, garment,
cosmetic and product logistics
industries. His experience as a
restaurateur enabled him to refine
his already well developed palate for
gourmet food and fine wine;
(Over 50-75 trips to Italy & France
doesn't hurt either).
 
What all this means is that Vin is a well rounded, intelligent guy that knows how to take direction and
presents himself with a style all his own.  Living on his boat 6-9 months out of the year gives Vinnie
plenty of time for fishing and his superb recipes for fresh trout, salmon, lobster, tuna, calamari and
clams (to name just a few) are as diverse as the stories that go with them.
